Battery replacements start from £20, strap fitting from £25, and a full service from £150. You'll always receive a fixed, no-obligation quote before any work begins.
How long does watch servicing take?
A standard service typically takes 2–4 weeks. Simpler repairs such as battery replacements and strap fittings are usually completed within a few days.
Do you repair Rolex watches?
Yes — our watchmakers are experienced with Rolex and other premium Swiss brands. All work is carried out to manufacturer specifications.
Can I post my watch for repair?
Absolutely. We offer a fully insured, tracked postal service. Request a free postage pack and your watch will be returned to you securely once the repair is complete.
Do repairs come with a guarantee?
Yes. All repairs and services are covered by a 12-month guarantee. If you experience any issues, we will fix them at no additional charge.
